SCOTUS Decision on Louisiana Child-Rapist Death Penalty Case

My personal views on the death penalty have evolved and shifted. Part of this comes from being in the pro-life movement and part comes from having worked with a whole slew of Catholics. I still have mixed views on the issue.

Regardless of your belief about the death penalty, Allahpundit over at HotAir points out some of the disturbing thinking processes that went on in today's decision regarding the state of Louisiana and the death penalty for child-rapists.
