- Laura Echevarria
- Until June 30, 2004, Laura Echevarria was the Director of Media Relations and a spokesperson for the National Right to Life Committee (NRLC) for seven years. She is currently the communications director for a local pregnancy center. She still writes on a regular basis. Ms. Echevarria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications. Prior to studying speech, she was a biology major who intended to go to medical school. In addition, she holds an undeclared major in Bible. She is a frustrated author (her first book made it to the acquisitions committee of a major publisher) and has written for Touchstone magazine, Human Life Review, and other publications. She has been a frequent contributor to the opinion pages of The Free Lance-Star in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Ms. Echevarria was also the first opinion columnist for LifeNews.com, the internet pro-life news source that reaches over 250,000 people each week through internet, radio and e-mail. Ms. Echevarria lives with her husband, their 19-year-old daughter, Gabrielle, and their two sons, Peter, who is 15, and Nathan, 14. Both sons have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.

Thankyou Laura for the commitment you have to saving unborn babies. I know as a mother of two autistic children who you could of choose to abort you choose life because that's exactly what an unborn fetus is,a life. Thankyou for what you are doing. This song was beautiful and I will share it with anyone who might be stuggling with the decision to abort a baby or give a baby life.
