NOW Endorses Hillary

According to LifeNews.com, NOW's political action committee has endorsed Hillary Clinton in her "bid to become the Democratic nominee for president." The NOW PAC endorsement follows an endorsement of Clinton by Emily's List, a pro-abortion bundling PAC.

Kim Gandy, president of NOW, released a statement in which she noted Senator Clinton's "long history of support for women's empowerment. . ."

"Women's empowerment" is just an excuse for NOW to promulgate some of the most ridiculous and harmful policies around. NOW's top "priority" issues include: "Abortion Rights/Reproductive Rights," "Constitutional Equality," and "Lesbian Rights" among others. To reach these goals, NOW has pushed abortion on demand, Gay/Lesbian/Transgender Rights and Marriage, the Equal Rights Amendment (which would in essence codify Roe v. Wade) and international abortion rights.

NOW and Hillary are both seriously out of step with the majority of women when it comes to the impact of these issues.
