Pro-abortion Plans

A friend of mine forwarded a copy of an article that appeared on The New Republic website yesterday. While it's probably one of the worst cases of a "chasing your tail" argument I've ever seen, it does give insight into what pro-abortion groups may be thinking on FOCA.
