McCain-Jindal

Bobby Jindal is the governor of Louisiana and very pro-life. He's young (36) and very intelligent. Writing in Monday's New York Times, Bill Kristol noted that four McCain staffers mentioned Jindal as a possible VP pick.

That would be fantastic. Conservative, young, very intelligent-- Jindal would help combat the Obama factor and reassure conservatives on the direction of the campaign.

Of course, we have a way to go before any decision is made. I certainly would be happy with a McCain-Jindal ticket--it would be very attractive to a wide cross section of Americans.
